About
O mnie
During the day, like an exemplary citizen, I work in a large corporate machine where every report has its place and coffee tastes like resignation.
After dark, I disappear into the kitchen, like a detective in the London fog. That's where the real investigation begins: ingredients that shouldn't go together suddenly create intriguing connections. I treat recipes as clues in a case - helpful, but not sacred. Sometimes you have to take a risk, break the rules, add something unusual and observe the reactions.
Cooking is my personal business to solve. I don't do it for the applause, but for that one moment when someone bites into a dish and says, "What the hell is this? And why is it so good?"
